All products on this site are subject to authorization by the Office of the Internal Security Service at the Ministry of the Interior.
We sell only on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
This site has been developed and offers its products for sale (according to article 43 of the ZOBVPI), only to:
1. other persons who have received a permit to trade in weapons
2. persons who received a permit for the production of weapons
3. persons who have received a permit to acquire weapons in accordance with the order of chapter four of ZOBVPI

Chapter Three.
TRADE IN EXPLOSIVES, WEAPONS, AMMUNITION AND PYROTECHNICS
Art. 35. (1) Trade in explosives, weapons, ammunition and pyrotechnic articles shall be carried out by legal entities, after obtaining a trade permit issued by the director of the Ministry of Interior
Art. 43. Persons who have received a trade permit may trade with:
1. other persons who have received a trade permit;
2. persons who received a production permit;
3. persons who have received permission to acquire according to the order of chapter four;

Section III.
Acquisition of firearms and ammunition for them
Art. 76. (1) In order to obtain a permit to acquire firearms and ammunition for them, Bulgarian citizens submit an application to the director of the Directorate General of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of the Interior, respectively to the head of the RU of the Ministry of the Interior at a permanent address.
